Message	software that comes with the conZult cable runs at a specific rate. The conZult "software only" runs at a different rate that will work with the blazt cable. In other words, the software and cable that you get when you buy direct from conZult is designed to work only with each other. When you buy from a distributor of conZult like myself, the software is tweaked so that it will work with the blazt cable. Lastly, the usb and serial cables have been through a number of revisions to address issues that popped up with various cars in different countries.
